Betty, a pioneering entertainment company, seeks an experienced app user acquisition specialist in the UK. You will collaborate with internal teams to craft high-performing advertising campaigns, optimize across platforms, and report outcomes.

The role focuses on growth in the North American gambling market with cross-functional teammates. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in UA, strong MMP and analytics skills (AppsFlyer, GA4, SKAN), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on app user acquisition experience.
• Deep knowledge of MMPs and app analytics.
• Strong understanding of iOS tracking, SKAN reporting, and non-consented user handling.
• Experience with GA4, event setup and reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to create engaging advertising creatives.
• Drive marketing initiatives and align with stakeholders for execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on digital ad campaigns across platforms.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market and work with a cross-functional team.
