Betty is a dynamic entertainment company redefining real money online casinos and casual mobile gaming. We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing professional to lead player acquisition and revenue growth in the iGaming space from our London area team.

You will optimize campaigns, collaborate with design and analytics, and expand market knowledge across North America while maintaining ethical gaming practices and player safety.

Formación

• Must have hands on performance marketing experience within the iGaming or online gambling industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing paid acquisition campaigns for online casinos, sportsbooks, or real money gaming products.
• Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition, player journeys, conversion funnels, and revenue-focused performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging and high performing advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative performance marketing initiatives by generating new ideas and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve player acquisition, campaign efficiency, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to the iGaming market.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to continuously improve acquisition performance and return on investment.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse, cross functional team.
