Job summary

Okta is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide customers through the security and identity lifecycle, delivering compelling demonstrations and tailored Identity Platform solutions. You will partner with sales to articulate business value and secure complex enterprise deals while traveling to meet customers and drive outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, deep knowledge of identity protocols, and the ability to educate stakeholders from developers to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in PreSales with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of identity security protocols and standards.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex deals.
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor across the sales lifecycle.
• Build sales presentations and product demonstrations; educate customers on securing identity.
• Assess customer needs and tailor solutions on the Identity Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as needed.
