Job summary

Auth0 in London is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work with the UK&I sales team, guiding customers from discovery to technical win on the Auth0 Identity Platform.

You’ll build credibility with developers, product managers and executives, translate needs into secure, scalable solutions, and travel to meet customers as required. This role is based in the London office with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineer experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Strong backend and frontend development knowledge across stacks.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and qualify customer requirements aligned with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to progress opportunities to technical wins.
• Deliver compelling demos and customer-focused PoCs.
• Educate customers on secure cloud security architectures using Auth0.
• Build relationships with developers, product managers, and executives.
