Job summary

Entrust, a leader in identity security solutions, seeks a Principal Solutions Engineer to own the technical engagement with a portfolio of EMEA Key Accounts and select US partners. You will drive API/SDK integrations, guide multi-stakeholder negotiations, and influence product direction while mentoring a global SE team.

You will operate from the UK with hybrid work options, collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Product, and occasionally travel to the US for partner

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Pre sales, Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer with technical ownership of strategic or enterprise accounts.
• Experience as technical counterpart for partners and ecosystems; supports evaluations & integrations.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/Java etc.).
• Clear understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns; can guide developers through API/SDK integration.
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders; mentor other SEs and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side for a portfolio of EMEA Key Accounts, driving revenue retention and expansion.
• Lead technical deep dives, workshops and proofs of concept with partners, coordinating with Product, Engineering and Onboarding.
• Define success criteria for trials and guide customers through test plans and data flows.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers globally and influence product roadmap for market segments.
