Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer based in the United Kingdom to own the technical side of a portfolio of EMEA Key Accounts and to serve as the focal point for partner engagements in the US. You will lead complex technical conversations, mentor peers, and influence product roadmap across EMEA and AMER while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Product.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as Pre Sales/Solutions Engineer or in product management with strong customer interaction.
• Technical ownership of strategic or enterprise accounts $1M+ ACV or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on programming experience with at least one language (Python, JS, Ruby, Java or Swift).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Ability to guide developers and technical teams through API/SDK integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of a portfolio of EMEA Key Accounts, driving revenue retention and expansion.
• Lead technical deep-dives, workshops and proofs of concept with partner teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Product across EMEA and AMER.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and influence product roadmap for market segments.
• Build demos and industry-specific presentations tailored to key accounts and partners.
