Job summary

Entrust, an identity-centric security company, seeks a Principal Solutions Engineer to own a portfolio of EMEA Key Accounts and act as the technical focal point for partners in the US. The role blends hands-on design, problem solving, and strategic leadership, with mentorship across global SE teams and collaboration with Sales, CS, Onboarding and Product.

You will work in a hybrid setup in the UK, coordinating complex integrations, driving product adoption, and shaping the long-term technical

Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales / solutions engineering experience with enterprise accounts.
• Technical ownership of strategic accounts ($1M+ ACV) or equivalent product management with customer interaction.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API/SDK integration.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders; mentoring engineers across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of EMEA Key Accounts, driving revenue retention and expansion.
• Lead technical deep dives, workshops and proofs of concept with partners and customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding and Product across EMEA and AMER.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers across global teams and guide complex deals.
• Build demos and example integrations tailored to Key Accounts and partners.
