Job summary

Entrust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to enable customers to integrate Entrust Identity and Security solutions. You will lead technical engagements with customer engineering teams, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting integrations across REST APIs and SDKs.

You will mentor peers, drive multiple engagements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and modern cloud SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on software development with languages such as Kotlin and Swift; able to troubleshoot mobile app integrations.
• Proven ability to work directly with customer engineering teams to review approaches and guide resolutions.
• Experience leading enterprise implementation projects from onboarding to go-live with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web integration concepts, API consumption, and authentication workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation engagements.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor through design, integration, testing, deployment and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to review implementation approaches and resolve complex issues.
• Provide hands-on guidance on integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs, mobile and web SDKs.
• Analyze logs and API traffic to identify root causes and accelerate resolution.
• Recommend best practices to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops and troubleshooting sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to drive outcomes.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously with high delivery standards.
• Contribute to evolution of implementation methodologies and customer enablement resources.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
