National Highways is expanding its Digital Services function to strengthen internal capabilities in Cyber Security, IAM, and digital governance. The Senior Identity Manager will oversee IAM delivery, policy, and supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement to protect assets and data.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in an office anywhere in the UK, with some travel for team meetings.

Competenze

• Experience leading service teams delivering or supporting live technology services.
• Experience in supplier management with performance reporting and remediation.
• Experience or knowledge of access control systems and governance.
• Knowledge of change management processes and related workflows.
• Experience handling incidents and inquiries to support high service levels.

• Maintain Identity processes and knowledge articles aligned with policy and processes.
• Implement and enforce identity policies and standards for compliant access.
