Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Identity Manager to oversee IAM services across the organisation, ensuring identities are validated, authorised and managed in line with security policies and regulatory requirements, enabling the right access to resources.

The role covers governance, supplier management, incident resolution, and guiding the transition of systems into IAM governance frameworks, with a hybrid work pattern and some UK travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering or managing service teams.
• Experience maintaining live technology services.
• Experience with supplier management and performance reporting.
• Experience or knowledge of access-control systems.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience with operational support tools like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers of identity services to ensure value and quality.
• Maintain identity processes and knowledge articles aligned with policy.
• Implement and enforce identity policies and standards.
• Manage incidents and enquiries to support customers and team.
• Oversee transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and Privileged Access Management.
