Job summary

National Highways seeks a Senior Identity Manager to oversee IAM services, ensure governance and continual improvement, and strengthen the security posture across the organisation. You will lead on supplier management, incident resolution and transition of systems into governance frameworks.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week in offices nationwide, and requires SC clearance and UK residency considerations as part of Vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service teams delivering fulfilment and support.
• Experience maintaining live technology services.
• Experience or knowledge of supplier management and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of access-control systems and access management.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience providing first or second-line support for operational services; familiarity with support tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers of identity services to ensure delivery and value.
• Maintain Identity processes and knowledge-based articles.
• Implement and enforce identity policies and standards.
• Manage incidents and enquiries to provide resolution and support.
• Manage delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and Privileged Access Management monitoring.
