National Highways is recruiting for a Senior Identity Manager to oversee IAM services, governance, and continual improvement across the organisation. The role leads on performance, supplier management, incident resolution and the transition of systems into IAM governance frameworks to strengthen security posture.

The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, with travel to UK offices. Successful candidates may need SC clearance and have five years of UK residency for vetting

Formación

• Experience delivering or managing service teams providing fulfilment and support.
• Experience maintaining live technology services.
• Experience or knowledge of supplier management with performance reporting and remediation.
• Knowledge of systems that provide or manage access controls.
• Knowledge of change management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage suppliers of identity services to ensure delivery, quality and value.
• Maintain identity processes and knowledge articles ensuring alignment with policy and processes.
• Implement and enforce identity policies and standards for compliant access.
• Manage incidents and enquiries, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Oversee delivery and transition of systems into Identity Assurance Governance and Privileged Access Management.
