Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Identity Manager to steer Identity and Access Management across operational and business environments. The role will drive governance, privileged access management, vetting services and JML, ensuring access is appropriate and security controls are effective.

• Experience leading security or technology functions providing services and support.
• Proven ability to develop policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience in building and leading teams in a technology environment.
• Willingness to obtain SC clearance and meet UK residency requirements.

• Lead Identity and Access Management functions, including governance, PAM, and authentication services.
• Oversee Vetting Services and JML accounts to control access across environments.
