Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Experience in a third Line IT Support team.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM queue and adhere to SLA’s for incidents and problems.
• Work across various infrastructure technologies.
• Follow change management processes.
• Conduct troubleshooting and identify solutions.
• Document solutions for peer knowledge transfer.
• Mentor and coach team members.
