VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a market leading FinTech business, presently seeking to appoint a Senior People & Talent Partner to an exciting new permanent role, based in Belfast.
The role will focus on refining and scaling people operations to support a rapidly expanding team in Belfast, as well as an Ops team (Finance, Ops, Legal, Marketing) in London and New York.
As a key player in the Belfast office, you'll partner closely with the site leadership team to shape a culture of excellence and ensure seamless operations across the entire employee lifecycle for the Data Operations team.
You'll be joining to level up the existing team performance and strategically grow the company presence. You'll have a direct impact on how the Belfast office scales, ensuring the company maintains high-trust, collaborative culture while optimising for growth and efficiency.
Working with leaders to understand gaps in the people space, planning ahead to mitigate risks and offering solutions to reach the right business outcome.
Advising on org shape, spotting gaps and highlighting future risk areas. Ensuring the right people are doing the right jobs at the right level.
Understanding who the key talent is within your business area and working with leaders to identify, develop and reward these key individuals appropriately.
Using robust data to inform on salary bands and ensuring fair compensation practices across the teams, with D&I in mind.
Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring that new hires have everything they need to succeed from Day 1.
Be a cultural champion for the office, cultivating a workplace that engages and empowers employees to thrive.
Lead recruitment for all Belfast based roles, including conducting kick off calls with hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening calls.
