Qualifications

  • Proven experience in driving Workforce Change and restructuring projects.
  • Experience in managing consultations in heavily unionised environments.
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrating confidence with data.

Responsibilities

  • Support Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model across Barclays.
  • Drive and support allocated change programmes.
  • Manage HR workstream for various change programmes.
