360 Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will advise on disciplinary and employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practice while coaching managers.

You will assist with recruitment as needed and provide analytics to drive people and business performance, collaborating with HR across sites and contributing to ETI compliance and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above, or relevant HR experience within a high-volume operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with experience managing complex employee relations, attendance, absence and performance cases.

Responsabilités

• Support, challenge and assist managers with line manager accountabilities in disciplinary and employee relations matters.
• Provide advice to managers to ensure legislative compliance and best practices at all times.
• Support conflict resolution and coach managers on team-related matters while upholding company values.
• Assist with recruitment processes across the business when required.
• Provide statistical and management information in reports to highlight improvement areas.
• Collaborate with HR and site teams on initiatives and projects across sites.
