Job summary

THG Nutrition Manufacturing is seeking a proactive People Advisor to deliver hands‑on HR support in a fast‑paced manufacturing site. You will manage core Employee Relations cases, guide managers on absence, performance and wellbeing, and help build strong people-management capabilities across the site.

You will coach managers, drive engagement, and support inductions, training and a positive ED&I culture while collaborating with the wider People Team to ensure accurate payroll input and timely

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience (Ideally within Manufacturing).
• ER knowledge and experience advising managers on policies and procedures.
• Experience managing high volume of casework.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Good communication and data interpretation abilities.
• Flexibility and initiative in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle core Employee Relations cases with guidance to managers.
• Coach managers to improve people management and performance.
• Support engagement initiatives and local inductions for new staff.
• Deliver HR module training to management teams and support ED&I culture.
