Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience as an HR Advisor in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar environment.
• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Managing a wide range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance issues
• Advising and coaching managers on employment law to ensure best practice and compliance
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
• Supporting HR projects, training initiatives and continuous improvement activities
