Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law; experience managing complex employee relations, attendance, absence and performance cases.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with disciplinary and employee relations matters, providing advice and ensuring legislative compliance.
• Support conflict resolution and coach managers on team matters, upholding company values.
• Assist recruitment across all levels of the business when required.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to advise on areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across sites on HR initiatives and projects.
• Assist HR Manager with ETI base code compliance and social audits.
• Drive people and business performance improvements and support community commitments.
