Job summary

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a role where you can genuinely influence decision making and take ownership of a busy employee relations caseload?

We’re recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in the food sector with a strong UK presence. This is a site-based position offering a broad generalist remit, but with a strong focus on employee relations.

The Opportunity

As HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for managers on a wide range of people related matters. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an HR Advisor within a manufacturing, FMCG, or other operational environment
