THG Nutrition Manufacturing is seeking a People Advisor to deliver proactive HR support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own core Employee Relations cases and provide clear guidance to managers on absence, performance, and wellbeing.

You will coach managers to build strong people management capability, deliver inductions and training, and help embed an inclusive culture across the site.

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience (Ideally within Manufacturing).
• Ideally experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
• Experience managing high volume of casework.
• ER knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings.
• Good communication and data presentation skills.
• Capable of working using your own initiative.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of core Employee Relations cases across business areas.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on absence, performance, and wellbeing.
• Coach and influence managers to improve people management capability.
• Deliver training, inductions and contribute to ED&I culture.
• Liaise with the People Team to support payroll inputs and processes.
• Analyse attrition data and KPI trends and feed insights back to leadership.
