Qualifications

• Strong experience within complex casework including TUPE.
• Ability to manage grievance, disciplinary & appeals effectively.
• Experience in providing training on employer relations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide managers on Employment issues.
• Provide pragmatic Employer Relations advice aligned with values.
• Manage case workload ensuring timely grievance handling.
• Create relationships with union reps for effective communication.
• Ensure clear documentation on case management systems.
• Liaise with ACAS for conciliations and minimize risks.
