Job summary

A health service organization is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its HR team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Employee Relations service and lead on various areas including recruitment and equality. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, supporting HR partners, and being involved in investigations. Candidates should have a CIPD L5 or equivalent experience, alongside a strong understanding of Employment Law and training experience. This is a full-time fixed-term role.

Qualifications

  • Must be part qualified or have equivalent experience in an Employee Relations setting.
  • Experience in writing reports/letters and knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Experience managing a case load and delivering training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational caseloads ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and organisational changes.
  • Involved in investigations and preparation of documentation.

Ability to work on own initiative
