Do you have HR experience at admin or advisor level?

Juice is working with a fantastic tech company in Bath in their search for a Senior HR Administrator to join the team in the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a very established team in the heart of Bath. With clients across the UK they are the beating heart of their specialism.

DAY TO DAY
  • Ensuring that all employee data is correct and accurate. Highlighting any issues.
  • Taking responsibility for HR administrative processes including e.g. sickness absence records, maternity/paternity records and monitoring probation periods.
  • Maintain timely digital HR electronic filing systems ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and being aware of the process for subject access requests and GDPR.
  • Support HR Advisor and People Manager with ER cases as required – including drafting letters, document compilation and note taking.
  • Supporting with recruitment cycle including posting adverts, shortlisting, co-ordinating interviews, offers / rejections.
  • Payroll collation.
  • Ensuring all changes to contracts are communicated properly in writing, eg remuneration, flexible working requests etc.
  • Coordinating appraisal meetings and all associated admin.
ALL ABOUT YOU
  • CIPD qualification beneficial or hands on experience considered.
  • Reliably travel to Bath at least once a week.
  • You have or can complete a basic DBS.
  • Available to start in January 2026.
  • Confident with database management and diary coordination.
