Job Title: Senior Housekeeper – Luxury Senior Living
Salary: £29,500
Location: London

We are recruiting a Senior Housekeeper to join a prestigious luxury retirement community in London. Reporting to the management team, you will take a hands‑on leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across communal areas and residential apartments, while guiding and supporting the housekeeping team.

About the Role
  • Lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure consistent, luxury-standard results.
  • Maintain and oversee cleanliness in all public and residential areas.
  • Organise daily schedules, prioritising tasks and resident requests.
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping issues, reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Coach and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Oversee stock takes and manage stock levels
  • Deliver a 5‑star service for the residents and visitors
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role, ideally in luxury hotels, serviced apartments, members’ clubs, or senior living.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to organise and guide a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
  • Fluent skills in English.
