Job summary

Even Swindon Primary School is seeking an experienced HLTA to provide exceptional teaching and learning support for pupils across EY, KS1 and KS2. You will deliver engaging sessions, plan and assess, and adapt resources for diverse learners to suit individual needs.

You will cover planned lessons and staff absences, helping maintain continuity of learning and standards, while building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high professional standards.
• Experience delivering high-quality lessons and building relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging whole-class and small-group sessions across EY, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide planned cover and ensure continuity of learning during staff absence.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
