Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer role within highways or civil engineering.
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or HND/HNC equivalent.
• Strong understanding of highways specifications, drawings, and construction methodology.
• Experience with setting out, quality control, and site documentation.
• A proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and managing day-to-day engineering activities.
• Overseeing quality assurance, inspections, and testing.
• Supporting construction planning and sequencing.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and site team.
• Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation.
