• Proven experience in international shipping / import & export operations.
• Strong working knowledge of customs procedures and HMRC compliance.
• Experience across airfreight, sea freight and road transport.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end export and import shipments.
• Preparing and overseeing export and import documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures.
• Liaising with clients and overseas agents.
• Coordinating collections, deliveries, and packing arrangements.
• Preparing accurate quotations and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Keeping clients informed at every shipment stage.
• Maintaining internal shipping and import records.
