This role offers a unique chance to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care across key departments: Ambulatory Care (AMB), Acute Medical Unit (AMU), Medical Same Day Emergency Care (MSD), and the Emergency Department (ED)—all vital to the Trust's urgent and emergency care pathway.
You will work in fast‑paced, clinically diverse settings, supporting patients with acute conditions. Duties include assisting triage and emergency interventions in ED, short‑stay assessments in AMU, and facilitating efficient care in MSD and AMB for same‑day diagnostics and procedures.
You will need strong clinical awareness, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to care planning, maintaining accurate documentation, and mentoring junior staff to foster learning and improvement.
