A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced professional to lead a team of healthcare providers in custody environments. The role involves clinical assessments, staff management, and ensuring compliance with national standards. Qualified RN Adults, RMNs, RGNs, or Paramedics with at least 12 months custody experience are required. Competitive compensation of £45,000 plus potential overtime and referral bonuses is offered.
Are you currently working in the Custody Environment, do you have 12 months+ experience? Would you like a new career challenge, managing a small team of HCPs within the Custody suites, do you have a real passion for developing clinical, forensic, and wider skills not just in yourself but your wider team?
Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of HCPs providing detained individuals with exact assessments and ensuring their care and wellbeing needs are met. Looking at rota gaps and covering as needed. You will manage the HCPs ensuring they are supervised and appraised appropriately. Acting as management you will work as a part of an integrated team with the Clinical lead and Lead senior to ensure that the local processes follow National Clinical Governance Standards and the Forces specific needs.
