Senior Health and Safety Advisor with Radiation Protection Supervisor responsibilities. The Mary Lyon Centre (MLC) seeks a knowledgeable, motivated, hands-on and positive individual to join the Site Operational Team and, alongside the Head of Health and Safety, lead on strategy for effective safety management. You will provide expert advice on H&S matters, drive safety innovation and change, and ensure the effectiveness of safety systems while managing risk and ensuring compliance through audits, monitoring, and the review of accidents, incidents and near misses. You will also conduct investigations where appropriate and oversee staff training, awareness, planning and control to support a safe management system and culture of careful working practices. Additional Radiation Protection Supervisor responsibilities are a key part of this role.
