Job summary

MPLC is seeking a Principal GTM Data Operations Engineer to scale our AI-driven data pipeline for US and UK go-to-market, with a target of 90% first-pass sales acceptance. You will own data quality standards, lead a hands-on international team, and shape how accounts are sourced and delivered to Salesforce and our sales engagement platform.

This player-coach role moves the platform from a batch pipeline to a signal-driven system, ensuring the right accounts reach the right sales pod at the right

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM engineering or revenue operations
• Experience with deduplication/governance platforms
• Nice to have: building net-new account detection pipelines using registry data (e.g. ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet)

Responsibilities

• Lead an international team and stay hands-on with systems
• Be measured by data quality, sales acceptance rates and pipeline created
• Rebuild a batch pipeline into a signal-driven platform for routing accounts to sales pods
