Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and produce accurate estimates.
• Prepare and issue valuations and cost forecasts.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.

Skills

3+ years' experience as a QS / Estimator

Understanding of earthworks, drainage, foundations

Proficient with take-off and estimating software

Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
