• A strong CDP to run the Grill section.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Reliability, team player and attention to details.
• Passionate individual that has a keen eye for detail and experience.
• Cooking over charcoal is essential.
