Job summary

Engine by Starling is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud foundations across regions and providers. You will own infrastructure from conception through production, emphasising reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires strong GCP/Terraform skills, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and a mindset for automation and security by design in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven GCP multi-region disaster recovery experience.
• Bootstrapping Google Cloud Organisations, policies and resource hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, build and maintain scalable infrastructure on GCP.
• Ensure performance and reliability of cloud environments with cost-awareness.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to production.
