Schonfeld is seeking an experienced Front Office Support Engineer in London to provide real-time troubleshooting and operational support for our trading platform. You will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and engineers to resolve incidents and optimize processes on multi-asset trading stacks.

The role embeds within our Front Office, Portfolio Management and Trading teams, offering exposure to OMS/EMS and proprietary systems on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services experience supporting traders and Portfolio Managers.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve real-time trading issues across OMS/EMS and related tools.
• Act as liaison between front office users and core engineering teams, translating trading requests into actionable work.
• Maintain and evolve monitoring, alerting, and post-incident review processes.
• Lead projects from ideation through to production.
