SMBC Group in London is seeking an Application Support Analyst – Front Office – Fixed Income Sales & Trading at AVP level to join the Sales & Trading Application Support team. You will provide business-facing and technical production support for critical Fixed Income applications, with a focus on eTrading across Credit, Rates and Repo.

The role entails owning high-severity incidents, coordinating with traders, internal tech teams and external vendors to restore service, and supporting

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Fixed Income application/support experience.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products and electronic trading workflows.
• Strong incident ownership and stakeholder management in Front Office environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for Front Office Fixed Income apps and eTrading services.
• Lead high-severity incidents end-to-end with stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist with releases, upgrades, testing, and production readiness.
• Create runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Change, Development, Product and Quant teams on releases.
• Engage traders and sales to understand issues and minimize disruption.
• Support monitoring, incident reporting, and service governance.
