They are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Forwarder with a strong background in road freight operations to join their close-knit and collaborative team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, manage full‑cycle road freight forwarding operations, including quoting, booking, routing, and documentation.
• Coordinate efficiently with suppliers, hauliers, and partner agents to ensure on‑time delivery and a smooth execution of domestic and international freight services.
• Oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive updates and problem‑solving support.
• Work collaboratively across the wider operations team to support multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, and road).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
