Job description

A growing consumer lending platform are looking to expand their finance team with the appointment of a senior FP&A professional to directly support the CFO. They are ideally looking for a qualified accountant with strong experience who can help drive financial planning across the business.

The company, which is led by a successful Fintech CEO has developed an entrepreneurial approach to consumer lending through a simple lending platform which has led to continued growth. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to be a key member of the team and be part of the company as they continue to develop.

The role will involve

Be responsible for forecasting, financial modelling and reporting across the business. Delivering insights that will help drive growth decisions.

Develop and monitor financial forecasts and budgets providing consistent reporting and dashboards (PowerBI)

Conduct performance and scenario analysis to help with strategic decision making.

Provide extensive commentary and analysis to help guide management decisions.

Develop new tools, including AI to improve processes.

Support with external reporting to investors, regulators and auditors.

To apply for the position, you must hold a professional accounting qualification, have significant similar experience gained preferably in a financial services company or comparable industry and have strong financial modelling experience. Advanced Excel, PowerBI tools will be required for the role.
