Job summary

EY is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Developer Senior Associate to join our UK offices. You will design, develop and implement AI agents and automation tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into robust technical solutions.

This role focuses on building LLM agents, orchestrating Power Platform components, and integrating AI capabilities across enterprise systems on Azure and AWS, while delivering projects through the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field.
• Portfolio of AI developer projects.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Git and version control experience.
• Knowledge of data manipulation with Pandas/NumPy/SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompts and retrieval.
• Test agent behavior and handle non-deterministic outputs.
• Work across Power Platform and Dataverse, managing environments and lifecycle.
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs (Graph, REST, SQL, SharePoint).
