Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Developer to join our team as a Senior Associate. You will design, build and deploy AI agents and automation tools that drive business value across client engagements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, orchestrate LLM agents, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems on Azure and AWS, while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven AI developer experience with project portfolio.
• Strong Python and TypeScript coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompt design, grounding and retrieval.
• Test agent behaviour and handle uncertainty in outputs.
• Work across Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse).
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via Graph, REST, SQL, SharePoint and other systems.
• Develop cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS.
• Support full delivery lifecycle from design to production.
• Triage defects with live user feedback.
• Adhere to AI risk, information security and data loss prevention guardrails.
• Document code and processes; participate in code reviews.
