Job summary

EY is recruiting a Forward Deployed AI Developer to join a UK-wide team. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying AI agents and automation tools within enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will build LLM agents, integrate with enterprise systems via APIs, and work across Azure/AWS cloud platforms throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/AI or related field.
• Proven AI developer experience with portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Git and version control knowledge.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy and SQL.
• Experience with or willingness to develop Power Platform skills.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents with prompts and retrieval.
• Test agent behavior and handle non-deterministic outputs.
• Work across Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/Pages/Dataverse).
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Develop cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS.
• Support full delivery lifecycle from design to production.
• Triage defects with live users and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AI risk and security reviews.
