DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager for Manchester and the North of England to drive commercial vehicle sales growth in a field-based role. You will own the regional territory, build relationships with corporate customers, leasing partners and retailers, and report to the National Fleet Manager.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, deliver against targets, and develop territory strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
