Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in delivery, operations, or project management.
• Experience delivering complex client implementations in fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery accountability.
• People management or team leadership experience.
• Comfortable in high-growth, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to go-live and support.
• Manage projects with large enterprise and investment banking clients.
• Define project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Lead governance meetings and executive stakeholder communications.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as primary delivery contact.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardise delivery processes.
• Provide leadership and coaching for Delivery/Operations teams.
