Job summary

Icon Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical programs for clients within the fintech space.

You will work with the Delivery Director to manage planning, resourcing and governance, coordinating with on-site client teams and offshore partners across the UK and Europe. A strong background in Agile delivery and senior stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle project management experience in a B2B context.
• Financial services domain knowledge, preferably real-time payments.
• Experience in contract governance and review.
• Experience implementing product-based solutions.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
• Strong leadership and release management skills in Agile environments.
• Experience with multi-vendor delivery teams and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, resourcing, milestones, risks and finances.
• Provide guidance to clients and colleagues on project delivery.
• Act as interface between Icon technology teams, client teams and third-party vendors.
• Build relationships across delivery and business development to create value for end clients.
