Job summary

Avanti Recruitment Limited is partnering with a financial technology firm to hire a Senior Implementation Consultant to own complex software implementations for clients. The role blends technical problem solving, client engagement and project ownership, with a focus on delivering successful go-lives.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, map client requirements to technical specs, and work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve issues during delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex B2B software implementations for fintech or similar domains.
• Ability to understand client environments, data flows and integration points.
• Proven track record translating business needs into technical plans.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and software implementations from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Assess client systems, processes and technical environments.
• Work on API integrations, data mapping and data movement between systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.
• Manage implementation plans, priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations.
