Reply is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology consulting engagements for enterprise clients, with a focus on Financial Services. You will govern programs across multiple workstreams, manage stakeholders and coordinate with architects, engineers and SMEs to ensure delivery excellence.

The role requires experience in regulated environments, strong governance, and a track record of delivering technology change.

Formación

• Experience delivering technology change in regulated environments.
• End-to-end delivery management across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-leader communication.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods; cloud awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology consulting projects for enterprise Financial Services clients.
• Establish and run project governance including status reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders, consulting teams and technical SMEs for clear communication.
• Build relationships with business, technology, risk and operations stakeholders to support delivery decisions.
• Identify, track and manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder forums to agree objectives and actions.
• Oversee production of client deliverables like presentations, reports and roadmaps.
• Ensure workstreams stay aligned to objectives, timelines and outcomes.
