• Coordinate multiple workstreams and project teams for alignment.
• Establish governance frameworks with reporting and escalation processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and financial controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Provide programme updates to executives and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support business readiness activities and benefits realisation.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in management.
