Job summary

Chapter 2 seeks a Senior Manager to lead implementation delivery for a global finance automation SaaS leader. You will oversee a team of consultants and project managers, owning projects from kickoff to go-live and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes for customers across regions.

You will serve as the escalation point for customers and your team, collaborating with Sales on scoping and helping shape the delivery methods used by the practice. A hands-on delivery background is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementation or delivery teams at an enterprise software vendor (e.g., SaaS/ERP).
• Track record delivering multiple customer implementations concurrently.
• Direct line management of consultants or project managers.
• Hands-on implementation background to step in when needed.
• Comfort with senior customer stakeholders and escalations.
• Exposure to scoping, presales or statements of work.

Our client is a global SaaS leader in finance automation, used by thousands of finance teams worldwide. They're hiring a Senior Manager to lead implementation delivery in multiple regions, reporting to the Director of Professional Services.

The role

You'll lead a team of consultants and project managers who deliver implementations for new and existing customers. You own a portfolio of projects from kickoff to go-live, and you're accountable for getting customers live on time, on budget and using the product.

You'll be the escalation point for customers and the team. You'll work with sales on scoping new work, and you'll help shape the delivery methods the wider practice uses.

What you'll bring

• Exposure to scoping, presales or statements of work
• Background in finance, ERP or accounting software is a plus, not a requirement
